Lighting is not at a uniform level ensuring and there are poorly lit areas where crime or antisocial behaviour may flourish.
Bollard lighting is not compliant with BS5489:2013 and does not give sufficient light at the right height to illuminate people’s faces sufficiently. Lighting provided by low pressure sodium has poor colour rendition.
