Across the development all installed windows that are either ground floor or easily accessible are certificated to one of the following relevant security standards: • PAS 24 • STS 202 • STS 204 • LPS 1175 Additional security may be gained by installing roller shutter or internal grilles certificated to STS 202 or LPS 1175.

Glazed security roof lights must meet the following security standards:
a. In low crime, low risk applications a roof light aperture must be protected by roof lights certificated to LPS 1175 SR 1 or STS 202 BR 1.
b. In higher crime, higher risk applications a roof light aperture must be protected by roof lights certificated to LPS 1175 SR 2 or 3, or STS 202 BR 2 or 3.
c. Alternatively, a roof light meeting the requirements in ‘a’ above may be used in conjunction with an internal grille certificated to LPS 1175 SR 1 or 2, or STS 202 BR 1 or 2.
