The retail unit frontages are protected by the installation of windows that are certificated to one of the following standards: • PAS 24 • STS 202 • STS 204 • LPS 1175 The selected standard is dictated by retail use and location, i.e. PAS 24/STS 204 window may be appropriate for a low risk/low crime area, whereas STS 202/LPS 1175 may be appropriate for a high risk or very high crime area.

Entrance and exit doors installed on the development will all be certificated to one of the following standards: • PAS 24 • STS 201 • STS 202 BR2 • LPS 1175 SR2 These are the minimum required standards.

Doorways are recessed no more than 600mm.
