Cougar Monitoring join Secured by Design

Cougar Monitoring are one of the latest companies to join Secured by Design (SBD), the official police security initiative.

Established in 1996, Cougar Monitoring offer a wide range of monitoring and response services tailored to each client’s needs, be it a residential, commercial or industry property. Their services include CCTV Monitoring, Intruder & Fire Alarm Monitoring, Patrol Service, Lock and Unlock of premises, Keyholding & Incident Response & Guarding & Manned Security.

Cougar invest heavily in cutting edge technology to provide clients with an innovative and inclusive security service, with their high specification alarm receiving and monitoring centre enables them to keep response times enviably sharp and to provide reliable and professional assistance. A fully trained team are on hand to deal with security incidents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cougar are approved by the Security Industry Authority as an approved contractor for keyholding, security guarding and public space CCTV and have received the NSI’s ARC Gold, EMS Gold, H&S Gold & Guarding Gold Scheme Certification.

Cougar maintain a carbon footprint reduction policy, keep a fuel efficient fleet and have thorough recycling practices. They are also involved with a number of local community and charity projects.
