Customer service and feedback remains key for long established Lancashire Double Glazing Group
Lancashire Double Glazing Group, a major home improvement company with more than one million door and window frames manufactured and installed over the last 30 years, has renewed its membership with Secured by Design (SBD), the official police security initiative.
Based in Preston, Lancashire, the company has more than 225,000 customers, the vast majority in the domestic marketplace, and become a household name for its windows, doors, porches and conservatories across the North West.
Customer demand led this specialist design, fabrication and installation company to move into a new 60,000sq ft, purpose-built factory and head office for more than 250 staff close to the centre of Preston in 2006 on the site of a former pie factory. The move involved a significant investment in new production equipment and computer systems.
Bill Forsyth, Managing Director, explained that their success had been built on remaining loyal to their guiding principles of providing high-quality products and outstanding service and aftercare, since their first customer commission in 1989.

To underline their commitment to customer service, all customers are invited to complete a report upon completion of their project so they can provide feedback to help the company keep levels of satisfaction under constant review.
The business also has a commercial arm to provide complete packages for large and small projects tailored to meet specific requirements.
Their SBD accredited products include Synseal Legend PVC-U doors and windows certified to PAS 24:2016 standards, which recognise that they sufficiently robust to resist attack from opportunist burglars.
