The combination of Locks 4 Vans specialised anti-drill and anti-cut technology with their highly acclaimed gold standard lock cylinders serves to produce one of the most secure surface-mounted HGV locks on the market. With easy aftermarket installation, the L4V Cargo Statement Lock will be a game changer for HGV Operators looking to deter criminal attack.
L4V EV Battery Guard
The introduction of larger higher capacity batteries on commercial vehicles creates a potential new target for criminals. The L4V EV Battery Guard contains high-security locks and is manufactured with anti-drill and anti-cut materials to deter potential criminal attacks on EV batteries. Designed in conjunction with IVECO, Locks 4 Vans are the first to market with a high security electric vehicle battery guard system specifically designed for the award-winning IVECO eDaily.
L4V Hook Lock (Thumb Turn)
The next generation L4V Hook Lock has been specifically designed to provide an enhanced level of security. Locks 4 Vans have combined an anti-drill lock case with anti-corrosion properties. In addition, the hook bolt has been upgraded to incorporate laminate technology to create a stronger mechanism which is more resistant to fracture and is considerably more rigid when in position. The thumb turn variant now provides increased security for occupants incl. campervan owners and long-haul drivers who would like to be able easily lock themselves inside the vehicle.

Lyn Poole, Secured by Design, said: “I visited Locks 4 Van premises in Gravesend a few weeks back and had a long chat with Terry Rayner their Commercial Director and it’s great to see four additional products being added to the Locks 4 Vans SBD range. All of these products have achieved either Sold Secure Gold or Diamond standard, which is a great achievement. I’m sure there will be more to come.
“Theft from vans has increased considerably and Locks 4 Van products can help reduce the chances of becoming a victim of this type of crime. The impact of thefts like these is not just limited to the cost of replacing the stolen items, as very often the victim cannot work until the tools are replaced, thus suffering even more financial loss.”
