Videx has been supplying and manufacturing access control and door entry systems across the UK for more than 30 years.  The company has grown from a small London based business to a national UK wide manufacturer that employs over 70 staff and serves a wide range of individuals and businesses across the public and private sector.

Videx’s northern base – Newcastle upon Tyne – is a state-of the-art 10,000 square feet warehouse where all their product manufacturing, distribution and technical support takes place. Their southern base, in London, is where their headquarters is based and home to account and administrative duties and customer care processes.

Videx can create unique systems to meet customers’ access control requirements, manufacturing to a specific style, shape and size, whether it’s a public or private building, a school, a social housing development, a hospital, an office block, a private residential home or student accommodation. Their systems are fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements including IS09001:2015 Quality Management Standard, the Equality Act 2010 guidelines.

The company offers 24 months’ warranty and provide spare or replacement parts for up to 15 years following installation. During the entire lifecycle of a system, Videx will provide full technical support to all local authorities and housing associations at no extra cost.
