Recently two men were seen approaching one of their clients’ sites, a healthcare research laboratory in Halifax. The men were acting suspiciously, approaching a building without authorisation and disregarding pre-recorded audio warnings. Only when PMS’s operators issued live audio warnings, addressing the entrants directly and describing their appearance and behaviour, did they get the message and stop their approach to the building⁠⁠.

PSM also recently promptly alerted the police to a break-in at the administration building of a London-based construction company, preventing thousands of pounds worth of damage. The company were so impressed with the service that PSM provided that they put forward contracts for PSM to monitor a number of their other sites, passing on their thanks and reporting that they were ‘extremely impressed’ with the work of PSM.
