Securikey’s SBD accredited Mini Vault range achieves top European accreditation

Secured by Design (SBD) member company Securikey have announced that their bestselling Mini Vault range has gone through extensive independent tests to achieve the European Standard EN 14450-S2.

Securikey has been a leading UK physical security supplier for over 40 years, with the SBD accredited Mini Vault range forming part of the comprehensive range of Securikey products, which includes cash safes and cabinets, key control systems, padlocks, personal security and convex mirrors.

The Mini Vault range of freestanding safes offers an incredibly robust security solution for safekeeping cash and valuables and is ideal for a wide range of applications, including domestic properties, hotel rooms and offices.

In addition to the innovative design that offers extremely high resistance to attack, the Mini Vault range has undergone independent testing, meaning that every model has been submitted to an in-depth series of technical and practical tests across a diverse array of applications and environments, to achieve the European Standard.

The Mini Vault range has been approved and certified by Sold Secure in accordance with European Standard EN 14450-S2. In Europe, the cash and valuables rating is usually based on independent burglary resistance standards decided on by the European Centre for Standardisation. These security standards are known as EN 14450.
