The Creating Enterprise Modular Solutions factory in Rhyl has joined Secured by Design (SBD), with their timber shed becoming the first in the UK to be accredited by SBD, due to the high standard of the build.
Creating Enterprise, a subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy, provides a wide range of contracting and development services to clients across both the public and private sectors. From their factory they manufacture modular construction and timber frame Passivhaus standard homes, as well as fence panelling and garden sheds.
As a social enterprise, Creating Enterprise proudly reinvest profits into employment initiatives through their Creating Futures Academy, demonstrating their commitment to strong social values and community impact.
The Creating Enterprise 6x4 SBD Timber Shed is certified to Sold Secure SS301.
