Our Alarm Receiving Centre is operated by highly-trained, experienced Controllers who are solely dedicated to handling lone worker alarms. With this focus, we consistently exceed BS 8484 response standards, taking 3 seconds to listen to your alarm on average. We own and maintain all the systems and proprietary technologies that drive the ARC, ensuring optimum security and quality control.
