Pet Trust UK joins join Secured by Design

Pet Trust UK, who are committed to revolutionising the pet industry have joined Secured by Design (SBD), with their Digital DogTag having achieved Police Preferred Specification.

Pet Trust UK’s Digital DogTag is perfect for any dog owner as it has a pet's vital information locked to their microchip – so it goes wherever they go. Data that can be uploaded to the microchip includes: 

  •           Owner details
  • Portrait and Photos
  • Identification
  • Detailed Description / temperament / anxiety issues
  • Feeding plan
  • Medical information
  • Vet details 

If the dog ever goes missing a member of the public can quickly tap or scan the QR code to reveal the dogs important information only, notify the owner (without knowing their information) and send a pin drop location. 

The Digital DogTag uses tamper proof technology to authenticate essential medical information and documents, meaning that anyone entrusted to care for a pet can access their health records – whether that's in the emergency room or at a local animal border.
