Tai Tarian renew with Secured by Design

Tai Tarian are one of the largest social landlords in Wales and have responsibility for over 9,000 properties across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. The company are committed to providing good quality housing and a range of services to help people manage their homes. As a community housing mutual, Tai Tarian continually work to understand the needs of their customers and members to deliver services based on what matters.

Since being formed in 2011, Tai Tarian’s main focus has been to deliver the promises set out to their customers, which included bringing homes up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, something which was achieved in 2017. Tai Tarian aim to continue to build upon the foundations set down during their first nine years, including delivering services which exceed customer expectations and investing in much needed homes.
