Manufacturers of windows and doors developed by the Danish North Sea, Idealcombi UK, have renewed their membership with Secured by Design (SBD).
Idealcombi was founded in 1973 in Denmark by brothers Bent and Henning Søgaard in their parent’s barn in Hurup on the Danish west coast, and remains a family owned business. Since the start, the company has experienced continuous growth with a string of innovative product developments, which today has made Idealcombi a market leader for energy-efficient solutions for windows and doors.
Over the past five decades Idealcombi has grown from a few employees in a barn to today having the largest complete window manufacturing setup under one roof in Denmark, with a large production area, the size of 12 football pitches and high-tech, modern and efficient production facilities. Idealcombi have over 600 employees across Northern Europe.
Idealcombi supply windows and doors for a variety of different projects, ranging from domestic properties, schools, eco-housing projects to larger commercial and high-rise properties.
